Overview

Baristas are responsible for the preparation of coffee beverages for the entire restaurant. The ideal candidate must thrive in a high volume environment, while working closely with co-workers in a team-oriented atmosphere.

What you’ll do

• Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality.
• Possess a passion for coffee and ability to prepare classic espresso beverages (cappuccinos, macchiatos, cortados, etc.), as well as familiarity with current trends in the specialty coffee and tea industry.
• Dial in espresso and pull great shots consistently with the ability to create latte art.
• Work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Interact and communicate with all colleagues and guests with genuine hospitality.
