Overview

One of our clients in the Raleigh is looking to add a Business Analyst to their team. The Business Analyst collaborates with various departments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions. The Business Analyst will be responsible for managing inventory, analyzing business systems, designing improvements, and developing solutions to enhance their operations.

The Business Analyst will review and analyze information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes, and procedures. The Business Analyst will also work closely with senior managers to identify and solve computer-based business system problems. The Business Analyst will optimize our operations and meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Strong communication skills to work closely with senior managers and personnel across organizational units.
• Ability to document business needs and system modifications clearly.
• Understanding of computer systems resources and the ability to utilize them effectively to support management's performance improvement goals.
• Ability to define problems, break them into components, and gather information from various sources to develop effective solutions.

Experience Required

• Proven experience in business systems analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in designing and improving computer-based business systems.

Education Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

Rate: $25 - $28/hr. W2

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W-2 basis. For W-2 consultants, the benefits package includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for additional benefits: medical plans, pre-tax accounts, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time as required by law in the worked-in state/locality.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
