Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a high-performing Business Analyst/Strategist to drive market research, analyze complex technical concepts, and translate insights into compelling product proposals and strategic recommendations. This role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor, technical fluency, and storytelling finesse. The ideal candidate is a PowerPoint expert who can craft visually engaging, concise, and persuasive presentations that communicate strategy with clarity and impact. You\'ll work independently and at high velocity, delivering insights and proposals under tight timelines while maintaining strategic depth and precision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly proposals and strategic frameworks
- Create high-quality, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that tell a clear story
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product direction and business cases
- Develop strategic recommendations based on data, trends, and stakeholder input
- Work independently to deliver high-impact work with short turnaround times
- Present findings and proposals to senior leadership and product teams
- Continuously refine messaging and strategy based on feedback and evolving priorities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or product planning roles
- Proven ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and visual storytelling
- Strong analytical, research, and synthesis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and clarity
