Insight Global is hiring: Business Analyst in Stamford

Overview

Insight Global is seeking a Business Data Analyst for one of our clients in Stamford, CT. This person will be responsible for educating and socializing the Digital Service & CX strategy to internal and external partners. They will support the integration of new products and services, regulatory requirements, tools, technologies, and markets into existing operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete analysis and understanding of interdependencies, business risks, and risk mitigators that could impact or be impacted by the delivery of new products and services.
• Ensure all defined business rules/policies are documented and implemented as designed.
• Leverage available technology and function as the liaison between the business unit and other organizations.
• Review data and make recommendations to the business.

Pay rate: 40-47/hr.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as an analyst
• Customer experience expertise
• Jira experience
