Overview

Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a leading technology-focused organization, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong technical and data analysis skills. This role will bridge business needs and technology solutions, ensuring data-driven applications and processes are effectively supported and continuously improved.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound/outbound data flows, file schedules, and system logs to proactively identify, document, and resolve issues
• Support production environments by triaging incidents, managing change requests, and completing support tasks within defined SLAs
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, uncover insights, and provide recommendations to drive business outcomes
• Gather, document, and refine business and technical requirements by collaborating with stakeholders across business, IT, and vendor teams
• Serve as a liaison between business users, vendors, and internal IT to ensure clear communication, alignment, and delivery of project goals
• Coordinate vendor deliverables and project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and expectations are managed
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily triage meetings, sprint planning, and backlog refinement
• Utilize tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps to track user stories, requirements, defects, and project tasks
• Produce clear, detailed documentation including process flows, use cases, system interactions, and technical specifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (Technical/Systems focus) supporting data-centric projects
• Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write intermediate queries to validate and analyze data
• 3+ years of experience in requirements gathering and data analysis for business solutions
• Solid experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
