Overview

Who are we looking for?

A mid-senior level Business Analyst to manage a critical project for one of our biggest clients in real estate domain. The individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.

Responsibilities

• Gathering business requirements liaising with various teams and stakeholders, documentation (Features / Epics / Stories, acceptance criteria etc) and getting consensus for them
• Data Flow Diagram Documentation as needed
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
• Review test cases and participate in execution of functional quality assurance (UAT Testing)
• Work with Professional Services teams / clients to ensure all necessary information is available for the Development Team
• Prepare Release notes
• Actively participate in Scrum Events / Agile Ceremonies
• Maintaining and refining / prioritizing the product backlog
• Actively participate in the sprint goal creation with Product Vision
• Creation and Maintenance of scrum boards and Burndown charts for tracking and reporting purposes
• Risk Management / Mitigation (to the project timelines and quality deliverables)
• Manage and schedule work in efficient manner to meet timelines
• Promote a positive spirit in the team
• Good understanding of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) and API (Application Programming Interface) Development

Process Skills

• Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process
• Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate / participate in peer reviews)
• Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.

Behavioral Skills

• Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Certification & Qualifications

• Relevant certification would be added advantage.
• MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
