Executive Account Manager - Business Development - Recruiting

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in the insurance industry. This role is key in supporting policyholders, answering inquiries, and providing high-quality service that ensures client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, claims, billing, and coverage options.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Educate customers on policy features, coverage benefits, and available services.
  • Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations according to company guidelines.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors as needed.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and CRM platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy in challenging situations.
