Call Center Representative

Our goal is to provide bathrooms that are attractive, durable, and maintenance-free, enriching the lives of our clients.

We are seeking an in-person professional Call Center Representative for our office in Merrillville, IN. Join our team of winners and earn a substantial income. Work for one of the fastest growing companies in the industry, earning money while helping homeowners improve their homes. Compensation includes hourly pay plus volume bonuses based on quality appointments, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for extra hours.

Compensation ranges from $15 to $27+ per hour through uncapped bonuses on top of base pay, with room for advancement.

Essential Duties:

  1. Set up qualified appointments for free consultations.
  2. Contact homeowners via outbound calls.
  3. Deliver scripted pitches to homeowners and adjust as needed.
  4. Handle questions and objections from homeowners.
  5. Gather homeowner information including names, addresses, and phone numbers.
  6. Input appointment details into the computer system.
  7. Confirm appointments with canvassers or sales representatives.
  8. Issue appointments for representatives to meet prospective homeowners.
  9. Answer inbound calls.
  10. Update lead information and maintain reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Customer service and interpersonal skills.
  2. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Confidence in phone communication with customers.
  4. Knowledge of sales, marketing principles, and strategies.
  5. Relevant experience in telemarketing, sales, marketing, or promotions.
  6. Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
  7. Resilience, adaptability, persistence, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Training provided on company services and products.
  9. Reliable transportation.
