Responsibilities

• Under broad supervision, provides management information system user support on a continuing basis either by phone or site visit.
• Troubleshoots end-user problems.
• Analyzes and designs software modifications to meet users' needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in IT or related field. Required. 3+ years.
• Education: Some college. Highly desired.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Required.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting MS Office 365, VPN, Adobe, McAfee, LogMeIn, encryption, etc. Required. 3+ years.
• Ability to troubleshoot computer peripheral devices: printers, scanners, MDF, monitors, keyboard, mice, etc. Required. 3+ years.
• Experience troubleshooting issues on end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, and Surface Pros. Required. 3+ years.
• Active Directory domain environment. Required. 3+ years.
• Proficient at software installs and troubleshooting. Required.
• Some networking knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot network issues from the command line. Required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in information Technology or related field or equivalent experience required.
