• multidisciplinary team caring for patients from diverse cultural backgrounds across 15 ambulatory locations in southeastern Massachusetts
• Telephone coverage 1-2 days / month
• Outpatient
• Schedule is 4 clinical days and 1 administrative day
• EMR: Meditech
