Job Title: Orthopaedic Joint Surgeon

Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Joint Surgeon specializing in total joint replacement to join our high-performing, patient-centered team. This position offers the opportunity to build a thriving practice, participate in the launch of our brand-new ASC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform primary and revision joint replacement surgeries (hip, knee, and related procedures)

  • Maintain a schedule of 3 clinic days and 2 surgical days weekly

  • Diagnose and treat joint-related injuries and musculoskeletal disorders

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to develop personalized treatment plans

  • Educate patients regarding procedures, rehabilitation, and post-operative care

  • Contribute to clinical program development and community orthopedic education initiatives

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of surgical advancements and innovations

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

  • Fellowship-trained in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Replacement

  • Eligible for Iowa state medical licensure

  • Strong communication, leadership, and patient care skills

  • New graduates completing fellowship in 2025 are encouraged to apply
