- Schedule: Monday - Friday, either 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities and Duties
- Function as an independent provider within a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient setting
- Manage comprehensive care for both new patient consultations and follow-up appointments
- Counsel and educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and symptom management
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation in electronic medical records
- Demonstrate advanced clinical judgment and strong problem-solving skills
Additional Information
- At least one year of Hematology/Oncology experience preferred; strong candidates with a passion for the field will be considered
- Must hold a valid and unrestricted California NP license
- Required education: Masters, DNP, or PhD in Nursing
- Current National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)
- Current BLS Certification
- Furnishing license required
- Must obtain DEA license within 3 months of starting
