Job Details

• Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician
• Monday-Friday schedule
• All outpatient opportunity
• 15 physicians and 8 mid levels
• Practice the standard level of care with a low patient census
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Active KY license
