Key Accountabilities:
Operate and interpret results from inspection/test equipment including:
CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Keyence Optical Measurement Systems Micro Vu Video Measuring Machine Optical Comparator (standard and eCAD) Micrometers, Calipers, Drop Indicators Pull-force and Hardness Testers
Accurately complete and file quality records Manage MRB activities: tagging, logging, and evaluating nonconforming materials Support corrective/preventive actions and follow-up checks Perform final product release inspections and in-process verifications Conduct First Article Inspections and documentation reviews Perform in-house gauge calibrations per work instructions Assist with validation activities and data entry for quality monitoring
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED required Ability to read and comprehend written work instructions and technical documentation Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow verbal instructions Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA CFR 820 quality system regulations General understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications Proficient in using standard dimensional inspection tools, including:
Calipers Micrometers Drop indicators Optical comparators
Experience setting up and operating advanced inspection equipment such as:
Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) Vision systems (e.g., Keyence, Micro Vu) Optical comparators with eCAD capability
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on 3rd shift Must be authorized to work in the United States;
