Responsibilities
Answer and manage inbound/outbound customer calls. Follow scripts and confidentiality policies while entering accurate data. Remain informed through ongoing training and updates. Escalate issues when necessary and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED. Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using phone systems, computers, and headsets.
Pay & Schedule
Up to $20.09/hour Monday-Friday, 9a-6p On-site role; candidates must live within commuting distance of Winchester, KY
