Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to the customer according to procedures Promotes credit and loyalty programs Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows established procedures and standards Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures Supports shrink reduction programs and safety awareness Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications
Possesses excellent customer service skills Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Capable of multi-tasking and responding to changes in direction or unexpected situations Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation Works effectively with peers and supervisors Retail customer experience preferred Details
