POSITION: Customer Service Representative
FULLTIME: Starting in November (Yearlong assignment)
LOCATION: Pennington, NJ
PAY RANGE: $19-21/HR, paid weekly

Client Account Services (CAS) , depending on business needs. This role involves assisting clients via phone and digital channels, providing accurate and timely information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Depending on the assigned area, responsibilities may include: Health Benefits Solutions Support: Assist clients with Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) as part of employer-sponsored benefit plans.
Support inquiries such as: claim submissions, debit card orders, password resets, and retrieving account statements.
Clearly explain benefits and resolve account-related questions and issues.
Client Account Services (CAS) Support: Provide account maintenance support to Financial Advisors and Client Associates.
Assist with opening and updating investment accounts, enrolling in new services, and troubleshooting errors.
Offer guidance with system navigation, form/document review, and process clarification.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience
(preferably in a call center, financial, or healthcare environment).
Proficiency in
Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint .
Skilled in
navigating multiple systems/screens
while actively engaging clients and inputting accurate notes.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills , including proper grammar and professional tone.
Demonstrated ability to remain calm and solution-focused while
de-escalating complex or sensitive situations .
Flexible, adaptable, and capable of
thriving under pressure
in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
Receptive to feedback and
open to continuous improvement and coaching .
High level of
discretion and professionalism
when handling confidential and sensitive information.
Self-motivated with a
positive, team-oriented attitude .
