Be the first call that keeps chargers charging:
troubleshoot AC/DC EVSE, diagnose faults, and deliver resolutions with precision. Own the case, close the loop:
log, track, and resolve issues in Salesforce Service Cloud to meet SLAs. Turn data into answers:
analyze OCPP logs, PCAPs, SLAC tests, and network traces to find root causes. Level up the ecosystem:
deliver hands-on training to customers, partners, and technicians in Zerovas certification program. Collaborate across teams:
work with R&D and third-party SLA partners to drive continuous product improvement. Be field-ready:
travel primarily within CA/West Coast, with occasional nationwide assignments. What You Bring
Associates in EE/Electronics or related field (Bachelors preferred) or equivalent hands-on experience. 2+ years in EVSE, power electronics, or field technical support/maintenance. Solid knowledge of: AC/DC power systems (208/480V 3-phase, low-voltage controls); Safety (NEC, OSHA, NFPA 70E). Proficient with service/ticketing tools (Salesforce Service Cloud preferred). Strong communicator with customers, electricians, and third-party providers. Able to lift up to 50 lbs., work safely in field environments, and follow procedures. Nice-to-have: EVITP, NABCEP, or OEM EVSE certifications (not mandatory). Why Zerova (Benefits & Growth)
