Foundational Software Engineer (Full Stack) Location: New York City - Hybrid Compensation: $200,000 + Equity Lead the technical vision at a well-backed startup redefining late stage pharma through AI. As the first full-time engineer, you will drive the development of a next-generation platform that automates and accelerates critical processes in drug development. You'll have ownership over system architecture, technical standards and product direction from the outset. Key opportunities/ responsibilities include: Build and scale core AI-powered features using Python, React and Java/TypeScript. Collaborate with senior advisors and customers to shape the platform's evolution and business impact. Position yourself for leadership as the company scales, with potential to shape the engineering culture and direction. Work with advanced AI, LLMs, and vision models in a fast-paced, resourceful setting backed by top-tier investors and a robust runway.
