Location(s): Decherd, TN Job Schedule: Full-time, 12 week program Degree Level: Junior or Senior Preferred Degree: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related Engineering field Shape the Future of Mobility at Nissan: Launch Your Career, Drive Innovation We're currently looking for a Quality Assurance Intern to join our team in Decherd, TN. This will be a full-time role for the Summer of 2026. As a QA Intern, you will work with highly skilled Nissan engineers to produce some of the highest quality engines and e-motors in the world. The Dyno Engineer has opportunity to go from basic teardown, to running the test, to programing and designing test patterns and modifying the test cell and equipment. During the course of your internship, you will have the chance to: Learn High Automation Engine Production Process Learn Project Management Skills and Quality Initiatives Lead a Project in the Department and Perform a Final Presentation to Department leadership Coordinate with other Engineers, learning the during facets of Manufacturing and Powertrain Development Who We're Looking for: Required: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related Engineering field GPA of 3.0 or above Engine and knowledge of vehicle systems is helpful Strong organization ability with keen attention to detail Be self-motivated and willing to challenge yourself to develop your talents and skill sets Strong communication skills, both written and oral Ability to perform work onsite in Decherd, TN.
