Overview CTG is seeking to fill a Complex Project Manager – Customer & Experience Transformation opening for our client in Chicago, IL.

Duties: Manage IBM’s largest and most complex Interactive Experience (IX) client engagements, ensuring successful delivery of IT, business, and client transformation initiatives.
Oversee project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables while maintaining alignment with client expectations.
Lead cross-functional teams in delivering customer and experience transformation projects using established business metrics, contractual terms, and delivery milestones.
Develop and execute communication plans, providing clear status updates and day-to-day direction to stakeholders and clients.
Manage resources effectively, balancing competing priorities across global teams.
Utilize the IPPF tool for tracking costs, generating invoices, and aligning with contract delivery milestones.
Apply strategic and innovative thinking to solve complex business and IT challenges.
Advise on large-scale outsourcing engagements and business transformation opportunities.
Lead development of large, complex bids and deals, including negotiations and risk management activities.
Foster strong client relationships, demonstrating executive presence, sound judgment, and effective leadership in high-stakes environments.
Skills: Proven expertise in complex project management, particularly within customer and experience transformation programs.
Strong financial, business, and risk management capabilities in large-scale global engagements.
Proficiency with IPPF or similar contract and cost management tools.
Executive-level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic problem-solving and innovative thinking to address multifaceted IT and business challenges.
Ability to lead large, diverse, and global project teams with clear direction and accountability.
Experience: 10+ years of project or program management experience with large, complex IT and business transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated success in managing outsourcing contracts, complex client relationships, and global delivery teams.
Experience leading customer experience transformation projects at enterprise scale.
Background in deal-making, bid development, and risk mitigation in complex engagements.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field required.
Master’s degree or PMP/PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
