to difficult mission problems facing our customers. Responsibilities
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems. Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes. Provide day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices. Provide Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier II (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution; communicate status to agency management and internal customers. Support the dispatch system and hardware problems and participate in the resolution process. Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and install/load OS software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity, and configure network components; implement OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance. A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position. Experience
Ten (10) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional System Administrator experience substituted for a bachelors degree.
