Role Overview The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the daily activities of the Human Resources Team. Why McLane? Competitive Salary:

$65,000 to $75,000 per year. Incentive Plan:

Key Responsibilities Assist in implementing training programs to meet compliance requirements and support team member development. Facilitate mandatory training sessions such as harassment prevention and substance abuse awareness. Maintain records for logo apparel, FMLA, Workers Compensation, safety investigations, and related documentation. Coordinate special events like community initiatives, health fairs, and team celebrations. Support HR Manager with various tasks and initiatives as needed. Ensure the hiring process complies with legal guidelines and promotes fair treatment for all applicants. Manage job requisitions and collaborate with managers on effective recruitment strategies. Participate in career fairs, screen applications, communicate with applicants, and conduct reference checks. Guide supervisors on hiring processes, arrange new employee paperwork, and maintain the Jobs Box. Enhance teammate morale through effective communication and policy interpretation. Coordinate teammate meetings and assist with New Hire Orientation while promoting positive engagement. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources. Hands-on experience in training and coaching preferred. Solid understanding of workplace safety practices. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) with PowerPoint skills; Peoplesoft experience is a plus. Able to navigate conflict and problem-solve diplomatically. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and policies. Exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization. Thrives in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
