Job Description:
The HR Coordinator will provide day-to-day support to the Human Resources department. This role involves a mix of employee communication, payroll and HRIS support, recruiting and onboarding coordination, and general administrative HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first line of HR communication with employees, addressing questions and concerns
Provide administrative support to HR and front desk operations
Monitor and maintain accuracy of payroll and HRIS information
Support staffing needs and administer job-bidding procedures
Prepare reports and HR communications for employees
Process payroll authorizations, wage computations, and reporting
Assist with new hire orientations and onboarding
Coordinate HR events and activities
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Associate degree in business or related field; bachelor’s degree
3+ years of HR or administrative support experience
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Clear and empathetic communication style
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Additional Details:
This is a full-time, onsite position supporting a high-volume HR department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The role is Contract to Hire.
