Join our dynamic team as a Traveling Reset Merchandising Specialist! This position is perfect for individuals with a background in merchandising resets, remodels, installation, construction, or general labor. If you are self-sufficient, highly motivated, and know your way around tools, we want to hear from you! As part of our team, you will help remodel the interiors of large retail stores, ensuring high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Projects will primarily focus on category resets, and as one project concludes, another will begin. What We Offer: Competitive pay at $17 per hour Ongoing project work DailyPay - work today, get paid tomorrow Mileage and drive time reimbursement Meal per diem, toll reimbursement, and preapproved out-of-pocket expenses Hotel accommodations will be arranged and covered by SPAR (double occupancy required) Career advancement opportunities Your Responsibilities: Remodel and reset big box retail stores Build and assemble retail store shelving fixtures Utilize Plan-O-Grams for product placement, tagging, and rotation as directed by store management Engage in considerable physical activity, able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds Qualifications: Ability to stand for a minimum of 10-hour shifts Experience with Planograms Knowledge and ability to use basic tools necessary for the job Strong teamwork skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Personal cell phone and valid email address required Professional appearance and demeanor Become a part of SPAR Marketing Force, where we work with national retail stores managing their new setups and full store remodels.
