We are on the lookout for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual to take on Dispensary responsibilities. The ideal candidate will thrive both independently and as part of a team, strictly adhering to protocols for accuracy and compliance. Comfort with point-of-sale systems and electronic communications is essential. As a representative of Texas Original, the Dispensary Associate will provide exceptional customer service and communication skills, often being the first point of contact for our patients. We value contributions of fresh ideas for improvement and hope our Dispensary Associate will help us enhance our effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Engage with patients warmly and welcomingly, offering personalized recommendations and solutions.
Address patient issues and complaints proactively and professionally, keeping patient retention in focus and escalating matters as needed.
Maintain inventory control per state and company procedures to minimize loss.
Learn and efficiently use point-of-sale systems to set up patient profiles and ensure exceptional service during checkout.
Adhere to the Gold Standard of customer service by building and sustaining strong relationships with customers.
Collect feedback from patients and relay any questions or concerns to the appropriate departments.
Assist in informing potential patients about the Compassionate Use Program and how to become a part of Texas Original.
Comply daily with dispensary policies, including state/local regulations, security protocols, inventory tracking, and HR policies.
Contribute positively to the team environment and support company advancement aligned with Texas Original's mission.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or GED is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, service industry, or customer service is necessary.
A strong sense of professionalism and compassion is essential.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
Must obtain state-approved credentials and pass a criminal background check.
Open and flexible availability is required.
Ability to stand and walk for a full 8-hour shift is necessary.
