Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: On-site – Pittsburgh, PA
Employment Type: Contract (6 months)
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Must be flexible. This is a 24/7 call center. Candidates may be scheduled for nights, weekends, holidays, or swing shifts.
Training: Remote, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM for 4 weeks
Job Overview:
We are seeking entry-level Customer Service Representatives to join a high-performing call center team. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about customer support and looking to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide quality customer service via phone.
- Resolve inquiries and process account transactions.
- Enter and manage customer data in internal systems.
- Communicate issues or escalations to management.
- Maintain performance metrics including call handle time, hold time, and attendance adherence.
- Navigate multiple systems including dual monitors and phone software.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service team.
- Strong data entry and multitasking skills.
- Ability to meet KPIs in a high-volume environment.
- Comfortable working in a structured, metrics-driven setting.
- Ethical decision-making and prioritization under pressure.
- Experience in banking or financial services.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Candidates must pass a background check, drug test, fingerprinting, and employment/education verification.
- Sub-vendor talent is not permitted.
- Interview process includes a group video call. Candidates must be professionally dressed and prepared.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
