We are seeking a bilingual (English & Japanese) Business Development Manager to support our business expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, developing strategies, and executing sales activities to identify and grow new opportunities. Conduct market research and identify potential client segments Collect and analyze data to support business strategy and proposals Collaborate with internal teams to suggest improvements and new initiatives Build and maintain strong client relationships through presentations and follow-ups Contribute ideas to expand our presence in the U.S. market Qualifications
Fluent in both Japanese and English (business level) A positive team player with great interpersonal skills Experience in business development, strategy planning, or related roles Basic PC skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.) Understanding of, or affinity with, the IT and / or EdTech industry is a plus Experience working in Japanese companies is a plus Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation Starts $60,000 - 80,000 per year (DOE)
