LHH is seeking a System Administrator to join our client's team in a full-time/direct hire, hybrid position in Riverside County, CA. Salary & Benefits

Perm Salary Range: $68k to $80k Bonus: yes Benefits Provided (Medical, Dental, Vision) Qualifications

Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field of study Required:

2+ years of experience in system administration, access management Required:

3-5 years of experience in managing operating systems, databases, and network configurations Nice to have:

Familiarity with ERP systems Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Essential Job Functions

Responsible for creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts within several business systems used throughout the organization (Salesforce, VIP iDig/SRS, and Salient). This includes the data these users can access. Work closely with the business to ensure that individuals within the organization are granted the appropriate level of access to resources. This collaboration helps maintain the balance between security and operational efficiency. Administer access management daily, including routine management of the identity and access management system (provisioning, deprovisioning, and related tasks). Troubleshoot and resolve access management issues to minimize disruption. Actively participate in access management related projects and initiatives, such as implementing new security measures, integrating systems, or enhancing access control processes. Maintain access management standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation and detailed records for each system of responsibility to support compliance and audits. Regularly review access reports to identify potential risks or violations. Educate new users within the department on how to perform access management functions effectively, including how to request, access, and manage permissions. Adjust access management in response to changing business needs and roles to ensure access remains appropriate and secure.
