About the role: As we expand our network, we're looking for a driven and innovative Marketing Manager to help us grow our customer base and brand presence in new and existing markets. We're seeking a self-starter with at least 5 years of marketing experience to assist with the planning and execution of our marketing strategy. You'll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, enhancing brand awareness, and creating campaigns that communicate the value of fiber internet to a diverse audience. Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and local media channels Manage the company's brand presence across email, direct mail, presentations, social media, and the website Coordinate procurement of marketing materials and services, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely delivery Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on ROI and engagement metrics Partner with sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals Assist with the coordination and execution of local sales events, sponsorships, and pop ups Identify market trends and customer insights to inform strategy Collaborate on the creation of marketing content, including ads, videos, and promotional materials Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and partners when needed Qualifications: 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in telecom, tech, or utilities Experience with social media or digital marketing Proven ability to manage projects from concept to execution Strong understanding of marketing channels (Digital, Print, OOH) Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Postalytics or HubSpot is a plus We offer competitive pay, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) with company match, and a supportive work environment where innovation and teamwork thrive.
