As a Sr. Communications Manager, Communications and Content you will leverage corporate communications, marketing communications, content development, storytelling, and project management skills to make a meaningful impact for the company and for Microsoft employees. In this role you will be responsible for partnering with your colleagues on the TDIL team and across Microsofts business to develop and execute communications activations and campaigns that support our company culture and employee engagement goals. Your writing, employee communications and content creation experience will help increase our impact across internal and external communications, storytelling, thought leadership, executive engagement, video series, and cultural campaigns. Through creating and updating messaging, communication plans, stories, and internal communications channels and microsites, you will drive connection between Microsofts culture and inclusion strategy and internal audiences such as Microsofts communities; create world-class content for events, solutions, and creative campaigns such as Microsofts The Code of Us; and bring to life powerful conversations that fuel innovation.
