THE COMPANY:

Their platform connects brands with customers across online chat, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, WhatsApp, and SMS — creating real-time, personalized conversations that boost satisfaction and conversion. Clients include major players in automotive, real estate, financial services, home services, and travel.


THE JOB:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the front line of the sales process. You’ll identify target contacts, build a high-quality database, and generate a steady pipeline of meetings for the Business Development team. This is a classic hunter role: high activity, outbound calls, LinkedIn, email, and messaging outreach. It’s ideal for someone who thrives on prospecting and wants to break into SaaS sales.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify target contacts, decision-makers, and key accounts.
  • Prospect via phone, email, LinkedIn, and chat to secure qualified meetings for the Business Developer.
  • Detect needs and frame conversations to create interest and urgency.
  • Build, enrich, and maintain a database of prospects with accurate and relevant data.
  • Track and monitor KPIs, consistently hitting outreach activity and meeting goals.
  • Analyze successes and failures, sharing best practices to improve results.
  • Stay on top of trends in both prospecting techniques and the conversational SaaS market.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and Business Developer to refine prospecting strategy.


THE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years sales or prospecting experience (SDR, inside sales, call center, or transferable background).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to connect with decision-makers.
  • Competitive, motivated, and resilient — thrives on hitting goals and activity metrics.
  • Organized and detail-oriented when managing data in CRM.
  • Excited to learn SaaS and conversational marketing in a fast-growth environment.
  • MUST reside in Austin Texas


THE BENEFITS:

  • Base Salary: $65K + Uncapped commissions
  • Commissions: 5–10% of margin generated, plus quarterly and annual performance bonuses.
