Lockheed Martin (LM) is looking for a goal-oriented
Associate Systems Engineer - Fleet Ballistic Missile Flight Test Analysis
to join the Systems Engineering & Integration Team.
In this role you will:
Support the FBM Systems Test organization in analyzing flight test data, identifying trends, and presenting flight test results to internal and external organizations
Evaluate systems-of-systems interactions during flight tests. Systems evaluated include: Launcher, Propulsion, Ordnance, Guidance, Navigation, Controls, Flight Safety, Telemetry, Electrical & Initiation, and Reentry
Leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to augment anomaly detection and gain other system insights
YOU WILL TYPICALLY HAVE:
0-2 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree
Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications
Proficiency in MATLAB, C++, or Python
Familiarity with Systems Engineering
Secret Clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance; ship required
Desired Skills
Experience in systems engineering -
Experience with root cause analysis
Experience with guidance, navigation, and controls engineering
Experience with signal processing
Experience with circuit analysis
Advanced python and MATLAB knowledge
Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $57,500 - $101,430. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered:
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
