Automotive Service Advisor
Community Motors Chevrolet Cadillac is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor who will own our customers experience in the service land.
You are the first point of contact for many of our customers and are expected to be well versed in product offerings, technician scheduling and customer service.
From greeting vehicle owners on the drive to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others.
Some experience is preferred but we will train the right person that is new to the auto industry but has previous roles in customer service, retail sales or the hospitality industry.
Some of the responsibilities are as follows:
Promote and build rapport with customers
Phone and computer skills
Greet customers in a timely fashion
Advise customers on needed repairs and maintenance
Scheduling service appointments
Work closely with technicians
And more
Starting pay is typically a salary while in training and can quickly change to a commission type pay plan.
Your performance is ultimately what dictates your income so the salary range listed may very well be exceeded.
