Overview

Director, Executive Communications, Supply Chain Johnson & Johnson. Hybrid role based in New Brunswick, Raritan, or Titusville, NJ. The role supports the pharmaceutical supply chain by developing and implementing an employee and executive communications agenda to engage the global workforce and external partners, aligning with business priorities and strengthening the companys reputation. Responsibilities

Internal Employee and Leader Communications

Work across the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain to understand strategy and priorities, gather insights, and develop and execute an organizational communications plan that fosters collaboration, accountability, customer focus, safety and quality. Propose agendas and generate content for top leadership meetings, all-Supply Chain Town Halls, and cadence of other leader communications across key channels (videos, site visits, leadership notes). Engage with enterprise and sector colleagues to tell an end-to-end story across the enterprise including supply chain innovation and impact. Measure efficiency and impact of communications using digital analytics, surveys and other key performance indicators.

External Leader Communications

Inform external engagement topics, content development and venue selection by considering drivers of J&J business growth and reputation. Translate content into shared, earned, owned and paid external channels. Partner with Global Supply Chain Communications to lead an Editorial Advisory Board to identify current and future storytelling opportunities. Collaborate across sector and enterprise to amplify content through external J&J channels. Measure efficiency and impact of external communications using digital analytics, surveys and other key performance indicators.

Partner Oversight, New Tools for External Impact

Accountable for the executive communications calendar, social media calendar, and content. Capture related playbooks and best practices.

Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor's degree 10+ years of proven experience managing internal and external communications in a company, NGO, government agency or public relations agency Ability to convene business leaders to propose common goals, message platforms and align on measurable results Global mentality with a successful track record of leading internal and external communications strategies across a global organization Demonstrated knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and value chain Strong learning agility and interest in understanding supply chain; excellent project management and ability to adapt to different leadership and communication styles Ability to gather partner insights in a rapidly evolving external environment and prioritize work for maximum business and societal value Fosters creativity; proactive storytelling that demonstrates the innovation and impact of a world-class supply chain Ability to guide, motivate and coach project teams, external agencies, and other colleagues Experience developing multimedia content for earned, paid, owned and social channels Proven experience providing communications counsel to senior Company executives Ability to demonstrate tangible business outcomes through measurement and analytics Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience in managing budgets and prioritization across projects Additional Information

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $146,000 to $251,850 USD.
