Venture Global LNG is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company, based in Louisiana, serves the global demand for North American natural gas and supports the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. The modular, mid-scale plant design uses reliable, proven technology in an innovative configuration to improve efficiency and reduce capital costs. Responsibilities

Own, maintain and implement the company’s Material Management Standard, driving excellence in spare equipment and parts planning, inventory management policies, procedures, and programs. Provide leadership and direction to the Material Management team (Material Planners, Master Data Coordinators, Warehouse Managers, Material Coordinators). Expand the activities and usefulness of the Venture Global Operations Support LLC entity. Publish and act to improve designated key performance metrics including inventory balances, turns, fill rates, stock outs, obsolescence, and excess. Implement spare part and spare equipment strategies aligned with Operations, Projects, Ship Management, Corporate, and other departments. Guide the team to analyze and set appropriate fleet inventory stock levels using cross-functional inputs and analytical methods. Provide input to Procurement in evaluating alternative sources or solutions that improve inventory performance and reliability. Guide the team to expedite and resolve scheduling, shipping, delivery, ordering, cancellation, returns, or system issues related to Materials Management. Coordinate with other departments to ensure inventory planning supports production goals and considers supplier and global capacity constraints. Prepare periodic inventory performance reports and financial estimates as appropriate. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field. 7–10+ years in a similar supply chain role involving warehousing, materials management, and vendor-managed inventories. Excellent knowledge of inventory, procurement, supply chain, and delivery processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts and present key details and conclusions. Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, and Coupa procurement systems is preferred. Ability to work in a team environment with rapidly changing assignments and priorities. Demonstrated initiative and ownership of work with strong attention to detail. Ability to prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory/materials management reports. Must report in office daily, with occasional nights and weekend work required. Periodic travel to company sites and/or suppliers domestically and internationally may be required. Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM, Mon – Fri Work Location: Houston, TX
