A national real estate developer with a history of delivering successful projects across the country is building out its technology and automation capabilities to create more streamlined operations, stronger insights, and innovative solutions for the business.
The Role As part of our growth strategy, we’re seeking a Director of AI & Digital Transformation to lead AI driven initiatives and manage IT operations. This is a hybrid position based in St. Louis, MO, with flexibility to work remotely and occasional in office collaboration. This role blends hands on technical expertise with strategic leadership, offering the opportunity to directly impact how a leading developer leverages technology in real estate.
Responsibilities Own the company’s automation and AI strategy. Build and manage integrations between legacy systems and cloud based platforms. Develop custom apps, data pipelines, and AI workflows. Oversee enterprise IT operations: infrastructure, security, and vendor relationships. Implement BI dashboards and reporting systems for internal and investor use. Lead cross functional adoption of new tools and processes.
Requirements Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree a plus but not required). 10+ years in IT, automation, or data engineering roles. Skilled with Python, SQL, cloud environments, BI platforms, and AI/LLM solutions. Strong project manager with excellent communication skills. Real estate or construction familiarity strongly preferred, but not mandatory.
