Compensation:

Provisionally Licensed $55,000-$65,000 Fully Licensed $$60,000- $70,000 Job Summary The Community Therapist provides clinical counseling and crisis intervention services to clients, which may include individual, family, and group therapy. This role involves conducting assessments (such as biopsychosocial, suicide risk, and substance use), developing and implementing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate documentation. The therapist will collaborate with internal teams, families, and community partners to ensure quality care, while also handling authorizations, participating in meetings, and contributing to the on-call rotation as needed. Education:

Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling Licensure/Certification:

Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Master Social Work

Qualifications: • Knowledge of clinical theory, therapy, and systems. • Strong customer service focus, excellent time management, oral and written communication skills. • Requires analytical ability necessary to handle moderately complex administrative details such as preparing nonrecurring reports. • Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload with attention to detail. • Proficient in Word and email applications. • Must be able to work productively and respectfully with individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
