Job Title: Project Controls Manager Location:

Job Description: This role supports the financial and operational performance of projects within the Power Distribution industry, with preference for experience in Natural Gas. The position is responsible for managing project data, cost controls, forecasts, and billing activities, while ensuring compliance with client approval processes. It also provides critical support for budgeting and reporting to drive accuracy, efficiency, and informed decision-making. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Data Management:
Collects, logs, and summarizes project data for technical studies and performance reviews. Forecasting:
Prepares monthly project forecasts, cash flows, and variance analyses. Billing:
Develops payment applications and manages invoice review and approvals. Change Management:
Reviews and processes change orders in line with client approval protocols. Cost Control:
Creates cost profiles and supports the annual budgeting process. Qualifications Required: Experience:
5+ years of scheduling experience with Primavera P6 on capital projects; additional experience working in a Power Distribution company (preferably Natural Gas). Education:
Bachelors degree Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Primavera P6, Power BI, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Analytical Ability:
Strong problem-solving skills with a clear and logical approach. Communication:
Excellent articulation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Core Competencies:
