Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with strong expertise in Primavera P6 scheduling software to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of projects in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout. Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project alignment. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and resolve conflicts. Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders to review schedules, milestones, and performance. Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and client requirements. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5–10 years of progressive project management experience in the AEC industry. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required; additional experience with MS Project or similar tools is a plus. Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and project delivery processes. Proven track record of managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance on complex projects. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred. PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
