Build
safety- and security-critical embedded software
for new Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) Work across
commercial and custom hardware , from general-purpose to real-time operating systems Use
modern CI/CD tools
and help drive continuous improvement for our global development teams Take part in
Agile (SAFe)
ceremonies, helping improve team health, predictability, and velocity Lead
feature and subsystem design , collaborating with architects, marketing, and management Partner with test teams to create
testable requirements
and implement automated testing practices Mentor junior engineers and foster a strong culture of learning and collaboration What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree
in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience 5+ years
of software engineering with focus on
real-time embedded systems Strong
C++ and object-oriented design
skills Ability to lead day-to-day activities for a small team Hands-on experience developing in embedded environments Bonus Points For
Experience with
safety/security standards
(IEC 61508, IEC 62443) Python
scripting for automated testing Familiarity with
industrial protocols
(CIP, Ethernet, USB, PCIe) Knowledge of
