We are looking for a skilled and safety-driven
Reach Truck Operator
to join a dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. This role requires recent, hands-on experience operating a reach truck in a cold storage warehouse environment. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling product movement, including picking and staging customer orders, replenishing inventory, and maintaining accurate product placement. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has at least one year of recent reach truck operation experience, and thrives in a fast-paced, cold environment while upholding high standards of accuracy and safety.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of recent reach truck operation experience (required) Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work in a cold storage environment for extended periods Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and move materials as needed
