Join a high-profile initiative to establish a scalable, fully integrated digital manufacturing environment at a new state-of-the-art battery production facility. This large-scale Siemens Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) implementation, anchored by Opcenter Execution Discrete (MES), will streamline operations across Quality, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Production Control. The program aims to standardize processes, improve data traceability, and enable real-time decision-making, critical for high-volume, precision-driven battery production.
Responsibilities
Facilitation & Delivery
Serve as Scrum Master for three Agile teams within the Siemens MOM implementation program. Facilitate all Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives), ensuring engagement and adherence to Agile principles. Coordinate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlogs are well-refined, prioritized, and delivery-focused.
Team Coaching & Continuous Improvement
Mentor team members on Agile practices, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability. Promote continuous improvement by tracking retrospective action items and ensuring follow-through.
Impediment & Risk Management
Identify, track, and resolve blockers impacting sprint commitments. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and program leadership to address cross-team dependencies and risks.
Tracking & Reporting
Monitor delivery metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, and commitment vs. completion rates. Ensure accurate progress reporting via Jira dashboards, boards, and roadmaps (Plans).
Collaboration & Alignment
Liaise with cross-functional teams across Manufacturing Execution, Quality, Logistics, and Production Control workstreams to ensure delivery dependencies are managed. Support integration with ERP, APS, and other manufacturing systems.
Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years as a Scrum Master in large-scale Agile programs. Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent. Tools: Proficiency in Jira for backlog management, reporting, and roadmap creation. Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and preferably Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks. Soft Skills: Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication abilities. Preferred
Industry Preference: Manufacturing, automotive, or large-scale ERP/MES implementations; Siemens Opcenter experience is a plus. Benefits
