About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to join our team in Carson, CA. This role involves handling stone slabs, tiles, and related materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has experience with heavy material handling, understands warehouse safety protocols, and can operate specialized equipment with care.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, and move stone slabs, tiles, and related products
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes to transport materials
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality before storing
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring proper labeling and storage of slabs and tiles
• Assist customers, contractors, and delivery drivers with order pickups and loading
• Prepare and stage orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and safe packaging
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations
• Support other warehouse and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior warehouse experience, preferably in stone, tile, or building materials
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 75 lbs. regularly)
• Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes preferred (certification a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team environment
• Basic computer skills for inventory and order management

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time position, Monday–Friday with possible overtime
