Job Description
Location: Sioux City, IA
Pay: $19-21/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am- 5 pm
Billing & Invoicing:
- Calculate and send invoices for service work orders and production jobs.
- Enter billing data into Timberline, Quantum, and Taulia
- Set up new customers in billing systems as needed.
Job Costs:
- Assign job numbers and maintain job accounts.
- Update tracking logs and job cost summaries.
- Create and manage job folders.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on missing paperwork.
Payroll Support:
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including physicals, drug screens, and E-Verify.
- Collect and calculate timecards using foreman logs, Hornet, and Job Clock PDA.
- Coordinate with corporate office for payroll processing.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in billing software (Timberline, Quantum, Taulia).
- Prior experience in billing, invoicing, and administrative support.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
