Silver Rock Enterprises Inc is hiring: Human Resources Assistant in Las Vegas

We’re seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant with a strong background in human resources to support our team located in several offices across different states. If you’re passionate about employee support, documentation, and HR compliance — and have over 3 years of similar experience — we’d love to hear from you!

Please note: This is not a work-from-home position. You must report to work at our Las Vegas office located at Rainbow Blvd. and Highway 95.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and update employee records and databases
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes and orientation programs
• Coordinate interview scheduling  and candidate communication
• Assist with payroll, benefits enrollment, and timekeeping accuracy
• Provide support to current and new team members via phone and Zoom conferences
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Prepare HR documents (e.g., employment contracts, memos, reports)
• Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries
• Communicate well with all department heads

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly wage: $23.50–$25.50, depending on experience

MUST:

• 3+ years of experience in an HR support, assistant, or coordinator role
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

WANT:

• Prior experience using Paylocity
• Experience with other payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom)

Compensation details: 23.5-25.5 Hourly Wage
