This is a contract role for a Junior Business Analyst, located on-site in Arlington, VA US. The Junior Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business analysis, handling business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and interpreting analytical data. This role requires daily communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful implementation of IT solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Analysis and Business Process skills
- Proficient in gathering and documenting Business Requirements
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Experience in information technology or consulting roles is a plus
