Our team is growing, and we’re seeking leaders who are passionate about mentoring, delivering quality audits, and building lasting client relationships. What You’ll Do: Lead and manage multiple audit engagements for a variety of industries, including privately held companies, non-profits, and more. Oversee all phases of audits, reviews, and compilations from planning to wrap-up. Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff and seniors, fostering a high-performance, remote-first team culture. Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and delivery of high-quality service. Ensure compliance with applicable auditing standards and firm policies. Collaborate with partners and other department leaders on strategic initiatives, workflow improvements, and team development. What We’re Looking For: CPA license required. 7+ years of recent public accounting experience with a focus on audit. Prior experience as an Audit Manager or equivalent leadership role. Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and other relevant standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and client service skills. Comfortable managing distributed teams in a remote environment. Experience with audit software (e.g., CCH Engagement, CaseWare, or similar platforms). What We Offer: Fully Remote Work Environment
