Child Care Assistant Supervisor 066 - Hillsborough NJ Are you dependable, enthusiastic, and ready to lead? We’re looking for dedicated Child Care Assistant Supervisor to join our afterschool programs and help create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children in grades K–4. Responsibilities: Assist the Site Supervisor in overseeing daily program operations Provide guidance and support to staff and children in grades K–4 Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment Help organize and lead age-appropriate activities Model professionalism, teamwork, communication and dependability at all times Hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 9:15am and/or 1:45pm to 6:30pm Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's Degree or CDA preferred) At least 1 year of experience working with children Supervisory experience is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills A genuine passion for helping children grow and thrive Please apply if you feel called to make a meaningful difference in a child’s life and want to be a part of a community that nurtures growth, inspires leadership, and values every step you take.
