Senior Python Developer - Lead

Design, develop, and deploy Python-based ML solutions for large-scale data analysis. Build and manage ETL/data pipelines for structured and unstructured data. Perform EDA, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to deliver technical solutions. Optimize models for scalability, accuracy, and performance. Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to best practices. Required Skills & Experience: Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, FastAPI/Flask). Experience with machine learning workflows and deployment. Expertise with Microsoft tools: Azure ML, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics. Strong SQL and data modeling background. Prior experience in Telco Operations preferred. Nice to have: Deep learning (PyTorch, TensorFlow), Docker, Kubernetes.
